Founded Netforte in 2006 & is CEO.

With over 20 years experience in the IT industry, Paul has held various senior technical and management posts with Boots PLC, PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Harpur Group & Vodafone. Paul specialises in Storage Area Networks & managing large scale IT infrastructure. Paul spends most of his time with our clients and our staff, ensuring they are fully supported.

 

PAUL SYLVA

Chief Operating Officer

Paul is responsible for all company finances and legal matters. He is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant & Chartered Secretary with over 20 years business and management experience, having worked internationally for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Reuters and in a number of public sector organisations in the UK. He has board level experience gained as a Non-Executive Director of a major UK NHS Trust, and is currently Vice Chair of a UK Housing Association.

 

IAN DOBB

Efficiency Management Services

Ian jointly heads up Netforte’s Efficiency Management Services, with over 30 years experience, latterly as CIO of Channel 4 and previously as an IS Performance Improvement specialist for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ian solves IT leadership issues, from business alignment and engagement, agenda setting through to delivering IT in an efficient and effective manner. He advises on organisational development, sourcing and delivery management.

 

GUENTER WEINRAUCH

Guenter jointly heads up Netforte’s Efficiency Management Services, with over 17 years of experience in IT management and IT consultancy. Formerly CIO of Premiere AG/Sky Germany, he also worked also as Senior Manager at Arthur D. Little and as Principal at AMS/CGI. Guenter specializes in IT-strategy and IT-Sourcing, and has managed numerous, large-scale IT-optimization and strategy projects in the Telco, Media and eCommerce industry.

 

TIKIRI WANDURAGALA

Tikiri advises and supports our client’s senior IT management to ensure sound and strategic investment in technology and services. He has over 20 years of experience having worked with among others IBM. Tikiri specialises in innovative technology such as Cloud Computing and Green IT.

 

 

NIGEL LOWEY

Nigel is in charge of our Infrastructure Operations & Application Infrastructure Management services, with over 30 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and Programme Management. He has held senior posts at CPP Group, Egg Banking, and BT Group, as well as in the UK’s public sector.
